This project is a key initiative for the capacity upgrading of Penglai Port, aiming to address the issues of insufficient power supply carrying capacity and low matching of power supply stability. As a core part of the strategic development layout of Shandong Port Group, the substation at Berth 9 of Penglai Port has built a stable and secure core power supply system to support the port's throughput improvement. As the contractor of this project, our company deeply participated in the project such as project technical design, scheme confirmation and full-process project management, and was fully responsible for the overall R&D, supply and supporting guarantee of switchgears, transformers and other equipment.
We supplied more than 30 sets of 12kV switchgears, multiple 2000kVA dry-type transformers and more than 20 sets of 400V low-voltage cabinets for the project. The project is equipped with an automated and intelligent operating system, realizing the unattended functions of remote monitoring of power distribution equipment, real-time data analysis and intelligent fault early warning. The project scope also covers design, engineering deepening, production and manufacturing, factory acceptance test (FAT), as well as on-site installation guidance, commissioning and other technical support services. During the project implementation, our company actively coordinated with multiple equipment manufacturers to conduct technical and commercial interface collaboration and management. Faced with the tight project delivery schedule, we completed multi-party technical docking and integration and submitted for the owner's confirmation in a timely manner. Through close multi-party cooperation and communication, project management experience, and one-stop services for the customer, we helped the customer reduce the number of commercial and technical interfaces and simplify project management work. Relying on years of technical accumulation in the power industry and the latest industry delivery practices, we provided professional expert services for the customer.
